About
Lindert & Co exists to help ag-facing businesses close the gap between capability and reputation, so good operators become the obvious choice in their market.
Lindert & Co
Lindert & Co is a strategic advisory firm working with ag-facing businesses that sell to, lend to, or work alongside Australian producers. We help businesses that have genuine capability but aren't yet the obvious choice in their market.
Our work sits where commercial strategy meets the realities of trust-driven markets: seasonality, risk, reputation, relationships, and the decisions that don't show up neatly in spreadsheets. We understand how producers actually make decisions because we've been on both sides of the table.
We believe rural and regional businesses deserve the same strategic clarity as their metropolitan counterparts, without losing what makes them resilient.
Where our perspective comes from
Lindert & Co was founded by Bec Lindert, but the work is shaped by lived experience across both sides of the table. We understand how decisions really get made in rural businesses: cashflow before theory, timing before perfection, trust before spreadsheets.
That perspective comes from decades spent inside family enterprises, supply chains, and boardrooms, where seasonality, logistics, people, reputation, and risk all collide.
Many advisors can build a plan. Fewer can translate what producers actually trust into a commercial position your team can execute. That's the difference.
About Bec Lindert
Bec Lindert is the Founder and Lead Strategic Advisor at Lindert & Co. She grew up on her family's third-generation cotton, cattle, and grain property in St George and has spent more than two decades working across paddocks, boardrooms, supply chains, and family enterprises.
She's been on both sides of the table: producer and supplier, operator and advisor. That lived experience shapes how she thinks about strategy. Bec understands the realities producers and regional operators face: seasonality, cashflow pressure, risk, reputation, and the decisions that don't show up neatly in spreadsheets.
Before advising others, she built it herself. Australian Super Cotton started as a farm product on the family property in St George and became an internationally recognised premium brand supplying fashion houses in Melbourne, Sydney, London and around the globe.
Her role is not to replace internal capability, but to bring clarity, commercial discipline, and sharper positioning to businesses that deserve to be the obvious choice in their market.
Bec's approach is direct, grounded, and decision-led.

How we work
Decisions are clear, and responsibility stays where it belongs. We don't let priorities drift.
Fewer priorities, better execution. We cut through complexity to find what actually matters.
Trust drives commercial outcomes in ag. Everything we do is built on that understanding.
No templates, no sugarcoating, no jargon. We call it as we see it, even when it's uncomfortable.
